Carlsbad Springs Community Association

The Carlsbad Springs Community Association was created in 2004 following the need for better civic representation after the City of Ottawa amalgamation with the City of Gloucester and the Township of Cumberland. The CSCA is non-profit community association comprised of board members representing the residents and our community. They meet at a regular monthly meeting from September to June.

An AGM is also organized annually. Meeting minutes are also available and published on our website. Any residents that live in Carlsbad Springs, Ramsayville, Piperville and Edwards can become a member of the executive board. All residents are automatically members of the CSCA and have the right to vote during the AGM.

L'Association communautaire de Carlsbad Springs a été créée en 2004 suite au besoin d'une meilleure représentation civique après la fusion de la Ville d'Ottawa avec la Ville de Gloucester et le Canton de Cumberland. L'ACCS est une association communautaire à but non lucratif composée de membres représentant les résidents et notre communauté. Ils se réunissent lors d'une réunion mensuelle régulière de septembre à juin. Une assemblée générale annuelle est également organisée. Les procès-verbaux des réunions sont également disponibles et publiés sur notre site. Tous les résidents qui vive à Carlsbad Springs, Ramsayville, Piperville et Edwards peuvent devenir membre du conseil d'administration. Tous les résidents sont automatiquement membres de l'Association et ont le droit de vote lors de l'AGA.
