VENDOR CONDITIONS:               The Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be subject to approval

by Ottawa City Council or its delegated authority.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFO :            Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) were completed for the property in 2018 on behalf of the City. The Phase One ESA identified two (2) areas of potential environmental concern (APECs), including a former on-site underground storage tank (UST) and suspected unknown fill material. Six (6) boreholes with monitoring wells were advanced and soil and groundwater sampling completed during the subsequent Phase Two ESA. Each of the soil samples collected during the Phase Two ESA were meeting the applicable Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Site Condition Standards (SCS) with the exception of two (2) sample locations (identified as MW101 and MW106 in the Phase Two ESA).
