Costs / Rental Fees

Payment made by check (due seven days before the event) to:

Carlsbad Springs Community Association

Category A
organizations (community and non-profit)
Non-liquor : 25$ / day
Liquor: 40$ / day (does not include insurance)

Category B
private and all others
Non-liquor: 60$ / day*
Liquor: 75$ / day (does not include insurance)*

meeting (no food or beverages)
Meeting (private) : 60$/ day*
Meeting (local club and/or association (non-profit): free

*Deposit of 100$ (seven days before the event).

Any City of Ottawa program shall have access to the facility at no cost.

NOTE: All set-up, take-down and basic cleaning is the responsibility of the user group.

Carlsbad Springs community centre Reservation - Procedures:

Since January 1st, 2004 the Carlsbad Springs Community Association is managing and responsible for the reservations of the Carlsbad Springs Community Centre (on the Ninth Line Rd). (see: Access Management Agreement with the City of Ottawa - PDF document)

The centre is situated at 5079 Ninth Line Road in Carlsbad Springs (eastern rural area of the City of Ottawa).

How do I reserve the Community Centre?

1- First confirm if the date that you require is available: (see reservation calendar)

2- Email accs_csca-info@yahoo.ca or call 613 822-1435 and leave your name, number and date/time that you require the center. Within 48 hours someone will contact you.  Note: The reservation must be done a minimum 7 days before your event.

3 - 2 days before the event a $100 deposit and the rental fees must be delivered to: 5556, Eighth Line Road in Carlsbad Springs.

4- On the day of the event (at a confirmed time) the client will pick-up the key (address for key pick-up confirmed when reservation is booked). The key must be returned on the same evening after your event or the following morning (prior arrangements must be made).

Taken at the same time you make the reservations for your event.

LCBO permit: If you plan to have liquor at your event you will require a permit. Cost is $25 for a "no sale permit" or $75 for a "sale permit". Please see: Special Occasion permit or view the form (pdf).
